Enrolment shall be started after grant of permission from the Ministry of education and research, Republic of Estonia Bachelor’s Eligibility Criteria – European Institute of Research & Modern Studies
According to admission regulation of "The Ministry of Education and Research, Estonia" entrance requirements for Bachelors Education programmes for the study year of 2023/2024 are following.
Higher secondary education completion diploma or equivalent;

Estonian language requirement for courses taught in Estonian:
  1. The result of Estonian high school state exam in Estonian language or Estonian as second language state exam is at least 30% out of maximum result;
  2. EURMOST entrance exam of Estonian language at least 30% out of maximum result;
English language requirement:
  1. The result of the Estonian high school state exam (graduation starting from 2014) in the English language corresponding to Common European Framework of Reference for Languages level B1;
  2. The result of the Estonian high school state exam (graduation before 2014) in the English language is at least 50 points;
  3. EURMOST entrance exam in English at least 50% out of maximum result;
  4. Internationally recognized language test on the level of B1 and corresponding to following scores:
    - TOEFL iBT minimum score 75;
    - IELTS Academic (International English Language Testing Service) 5.0 with 5.0 or above in each band;
    - Cambridge test PET (FCE; CAE; CPE are suitable as well);
  5. a graduation certificate from an International Baccalaureate School (IB) or European Baccalaureat (EB) with English result minimum 50% out of maximum;
  6. The internationally recognized test of English may be replaced by:
    - completion of previous educational level in a country where English language is spoken as mother-tongue. EURMOST waives requirement only for following countries: USA, UK, Ireland, Australia, Canada, New Zealand;
    - completion of previous level of education taught fully in English. Transcript of records must include information that studies were conducted fully in English;
    - a graduation certificate from an International Baccalaureate School with English result minimum 50% out of maximum;
Admission interview:
  1. admission interview scores at least 6 points out of maximum 12 points. Admission interview is evaluated based on 3 criteria’s: ambition, motivation, argumentation skill;
  2. with applicants from other countries than Estonia online admission interview will be conducted. Finnish candidates have an opportunity to take part in admission interview in EURMOST Helsinki;
Admission under special condition:
  1. An applicant, has graduated from higher secondary education in Estonia with a gold or silver medal shall be awarded maximum result in EURMOST entrance examination in Estonian and English language.
